R.C.Y.C Ford Cork Week 12th – 18th July
For this regatta we will leave the Solent on Wednesday 9th July giving us plenty of time for the passage to Crosshaven. This time will be spent familiarising yourselves with the boat. Our first race will be on Monday with Saturday and Sunday being training days to familiarise ourselves with the waters both on and off the boat. It is competitive inshore racing at its most exciting. Open waters and free flowing Guinness. For the uninitiated, you’ve seen nothing until you’ve seen Ford Cork week up close and personal. The best sailing you will ever have experienced and the legendary hospitality of the Royal Cork Yacht Club await you in Crosshaven. The courses are set each day and will be a variety of windward/leeward and Olympic courses. An experience not to be missed.
