Corby Regatta
Tuesday, April 8, 2008
John Corby has invited all Corby designed yachts to enter the CORBY CUP
to celebrate John Corby’s 20 years in business.
Incisor was designed by John Corby in 1997 and we launched her in 1998 she is not from the usual Corby style. Our remit to John was to build a fast yacht that could sleep 12 using the mast and deck from our Two Tonner Backlash.
Since her launch she has had great success in offshore races and is probably John’s most successful offshore yacht.
Still going strong in 2008 and available for this regatta to anyone who would like to participate. We can at present either take individuals who used to own Corby Yachts or crew that have a soft spot for his designs, or of course we can take anyone who would just like to go yachting. Either way it should be a great fun weekend.
6 races to be held Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd June 2008 from Cowes, Isle of Wight.
